Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of expertise in digital marketing, specializing in organic strategies. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in growing online presence and engagement through organic channels. Preference will be given to female candidates who bring creativity and passion to the role.  

Key Responsibilities: 

a)     Design and execute organic marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive website traffic.  

b)    Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and attract organic audiences.  

c)     Develop and manage engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other organic platforms.  

d)    Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to refine organic campaigns.  

e)    Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure organic efforts support broader business objectives.  

f)      Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and organic marketing best practices.  

g)     Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.  

h)    Grow and manage social media accounts organically, building community engagement and brand loyalty.  

i)      Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand voice, values, and guidelines.  

 

Qualifications & Skills:

a)     Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on organic marketing.  

b)    Proven skills in SEO (on-page and off-page), content marketing, and social media management.  

c)     Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.  

d)    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating impactful content.  

e)    Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and optimize strategies. 

f)      Creative thinker with innovative ideas for organic growth.  

g)     Experience with email marketing and organic lead generation is an advantage.  

h)    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.  

i)      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).  

Experience Requirements:

a)     Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and engagement in prior roles.  

b)    Hands-on experience managing organic campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).  

c)     Portfolio or examples of past organic marketing campaigns (to be provided upon request).
