Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive our online presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 3 years+ in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Campaign Management: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize and improve marketing efforts. Provide regular reports to senior management on ROI and KPIs.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Content Strategy: Oversee the development of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.

Experience: **Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.**

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Languages: Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
