Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration of technology to enhance business operations, customer engagement, and overall efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate sales processes, digital platforms, and data analytics to drive business growth and innovation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and digital needs.

• Document detailed business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.

Digital Transformation and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities to enhance operations through digital tools, software, and platforms.

• Recommend and implement innovative solutions tailored to the real estate market.

Project Management Support:

• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and third-party vendors.

• Ensure clear communication of requirements, updates, and project statuses.

Documentation , Reporting, Testing:

• Document the end-to-end DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and testing scripts.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, performance metrics, and success stories.

System Implementation and Testing:

• Assist in the deployment of new digital tools, CRM systems, and property management platforms.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

7. Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to teams on new digital tools and processes.

• Create user guides and documentation for easy adoption.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Azure Devops, or a related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in the real estate , property management or leasing industry.

Familiarity with real estate management software (e.g. Salesforce or anoy other tools).

Previous experience of mobile/web/integration software development .

Previous experience of implementing enterprise document management system.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools using Azure devops.

Experience of integrating loyalty systems to Line of business applications.
