Designer (AutoCAD and 3Ds Max)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer proficient in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural or interior design and be able to create detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural and interior design plans using AutoCAD
• Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3Ds Max
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback and client requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all design work.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and software advancements.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Meet project deadlines and ensure designs meet quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects is a plus
