Design Lead(Branding)

We are seeking a visionary Design Lead (Branding) to drive the development and execution of compelling brand identities across the MENA region. Based in the UAE, this role will lead creative direction, uphold brand consistency, and inspire innovative visual storytelling that resonates with regional audiences and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand identities, visual systems, and campaigns

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align brand strategy with business goals

• Manage and mentor a team of designers and external creative partners

• Oversee design quality from concept to final delivery, across digital and print formats

• Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders and senior management

• Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation

• Translate brand values into impactful visual expressions across platforms

• Lead the creative process for rebranding initiatives or new brand launches

• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and regional cultural aesthetics

• Ensure design output aligns with UAE market sensibilities and international standards

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in branding and design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity and strategic design thinking

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing creative workflows

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Knowledge of regional culture, aesthetics, and consumer behavior in the MENA region
