Dermatologist

A Dermatologist is a medical professional specializing in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the skin, hair, and nails. This role involves performing medical and cosmetic procedures, conducting thorough skin examinations, and recommending appropriate treatments for various dermatological issues. The ideal candidate is a licensed physician with extensive knowledge in skin health, capable of offering both clinical care and cosmetic services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin infections

• Perform skin examinations to identify abnormalities and monitor existing conditions

• Conduct dermatologic surgical procedures such as biopsies, mole removals, and lesion treatments

• Provide cosmetic dermatology services including laser treatments, chemical peels, and botox/fillers

• Educate patients on skin care routines, sun protection, and preventive measures

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care

• Maintain accurate medical records and follow up with patients as needed

• Stay updated on advancements in dermatological treatments and technologies

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in dermatology

• Valid medical license 

• Proven experience as a dermatologist in a clinical or hospital setting

• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures is a plus
