Delivery Manager - French Speaking

As a Delivery Manager who is fluent in French, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of services and products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects for French-speaking clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders in French and English.

• Manage client relationships and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
