Job Description

As a Delivery Manager who is fluent in French, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of services and products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills in both French and English to effectively manage teams and interact with clients. You will be in charge of monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to ensure successful delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a solid understanding of service delivery processes, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to meet objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects for French-speaking clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to understand and manage their requirements and expectations.
  • Lead a team of project managers and delivery personnel to ensure seamless delivery processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders in French and English.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve project delivery processes.
  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
