Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and generate actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in handling large-scale data.

Responsibilities:

• analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics to support business objectives
• clean, preprocess, and structure data for analysis and model training
• create data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business operations
• optimize algorithms and models for better performance and accuracy
• conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to validate hypotheses
• work with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms to manage and process large data sets
• stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques
• ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• bachelor's or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
• proven experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis
• proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
• strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI frameworks
• familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• ability to work with structured and unstructured data from various sources
• excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• strong communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• experience in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus
