Job Description

The Data Entry role involves entering and updating data in various systems and databases. The data entry operator will accurately input information, verify data integrity, and ensure compliance with data entry protocols and procedures. This remote position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
  • Review and correct any data entry errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following specific procedures and protocols.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Enter data into designated databases and systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits.
  • Respond to data entry inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
  • Proficient in typing and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with data entry and database software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
