Data And Analytics Manager

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Data and Analytics Manager to lead the development and execution of data-driven initiatives across the organization. Based in the UAE, this role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data strategy, governance, and analytics frameworks

• Manage data teams responsible for business intelligence, data engineering, and reporting

• Oversee the development of dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models for various departments

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for data-led decision-making

• Ensure high data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with UAE data protection regulations

• Implement and optimize data tools, platforms, and architectures (cloud/on-premise)

• Drive data literacy across the organization through training and stakeholder engagement

• Manage vendor relationships related to data platforms, tools, and outsourced analytics services

• Track performance metrics and continuously improve analytics processes and outcomes

• Stay updated on emerging data technologies, AI/ML trends, and industry best practices

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data warehousing

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data ecosystems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex data projects

• Ability to translate business objectives into data solutions

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage

• Experience with GDPR/local data privacy laws or data ethics is a plus
