Job Description

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Operating in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment in the UAE, this role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence. The representative will support company standards while adhering to local consumer service regulations and cultural expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.

  • Maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.

  • Assisting in processing orders, forms, and service requests efficiently.

  • Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and follow-up.

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

  • Participating in training sessions and keeping up to date with product knowledge and service protocols.

  • Contributing to customer satisfaction targets and overall service quality improvements.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a UAE-based organization.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling complaints and service issues.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.

  • Customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with UAE consumer rights and service standards is preferred.
