Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support across various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role ensures a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to the company’s service standards and UAE consumer protection regulations. The representative acts as the first point of contact, delivering clear, courteous, and efficient service to clients and customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and online chat.

  • Resolving product or service complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Following up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Providing product and service information, including troubleshooting guidance where applicable.

  • Ensuring all communication complies with UAE customer rights laws and company service protocols.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably within the UAE.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to handle challenging customers with professionalism and empathy.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
