The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. The Customer Service Executive interacts with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.


Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
