As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Processing customer orders and returns
  • Updating customer accounts and information
  • Providing product information and recommendations


Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
