As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with product information, order processing, and complaints. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate should also have experience in customer service and be proficient in using CRM software. Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing information to customers about products, services, and company policies
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information as needed
  • Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their needs met
  • Adhering to company guidelines and procedures for customer service
  • Continuously seeking feedback from customers to improve services and enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
