We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Chinese Speaker. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, with exceptional communication skills to assist our diverse customer base. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, providing product information and recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service and proficiency in using CRM systems is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with customers in Mandarin Chinese while maintaining a high level of empathy and understanding.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing orders, returns, and exchanges for Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and promotions available in Chinese language to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex customer issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and products to provide up-to-date information to customers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention among Chinese-speaking clientele.
  • Adhere to performance metrics and quality standards set by the company to meet and exceed customer service goals.


Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese language
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience
