Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking customers through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing in Chinese language.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries
