Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer service manager to lead our support team and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, improving service processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient support.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
