The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's customer service operations and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. They lead a team of customer service representatives, set service standards, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves handling escalated customer issues and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer support processes.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of product features, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Regularly review and update customer service policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
