Job Description

The Customer Service Executive plays a vital role in managing customer inquiries and providing support in logistics operations. They assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. The Customer Service Executive must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, as well as customer service principles.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and shipment tracking.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders and shipments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information to customers as requested.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and exceed customer expectations.
  • Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
