In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information. Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting customer interactions and escalating issues as needed. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records
  • Provide product information and assistance
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
