Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner. They collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and logistics, to address customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met and expectations are managed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and track customer feedback and satisfaction levels, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on customer service metrics and trends.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
