Job Description

The Customer Service Agent is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role involves handling calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency. The agent will represent the company's values while addressing customer needs, following UAE customer service standards, and ensuring timely communication and support.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.

  • Resolving complaints, issues, or concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Recording and updating customer interactions, feedback, and service requests in the system.

  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and expectations are met.

  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services or solutions.

  • Promoting company products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining a courteous and professional tone in all customer communications.

  • Adhering to company policies, service procedures, and UAE consumer protection regulations.

  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service techniques.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the UAE.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with UAE customer service protocols, cultural expectations, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
