Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to English and French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide general information about products and services.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management for continual service enhancement.


Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French languages (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
