Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively and efficiently.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.

• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations.

• Maintain customer records and update them with any changes or developments.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make suggestions for process improvements.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2 years of customer service or related experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Positive attitude, empathy, and patience are a must.
