Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Your main duties include handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process orders and returns, and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
