Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of creative strategies and concepts in alignment with the overall brand vision and objectives
  • Lead a team of graphic designers and collaborate with other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, offering feedback and mentorship to foster their professional growth
  • Review and approve all design materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance creative output
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, using data and insights to inform future strategies and decision-making
  • Stay organized and prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience leading a team of graphic designers or art directors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
