Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and apply cosmetic products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products, including their ingredients and benefits.
• Educate customers on beauty trends, application techniques, and skincare routines.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
• Stay updated on the latest cosmetic brands, trends, and promotions.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and beauty workshops.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store and brand goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
