Job Description

As a Corporate Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks within a corporate environment. Your primary duties will include handling employee inquiries, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general support to the corporate team. You will act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office files, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for corporate service, we would love to have you on our team as a Corporate Service Specialist.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new corporate clients, including training and support.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote additional services and upsell to existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client account activities and performance.
  • Support the Corporate Service Manager in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate service or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of corporate service processes and procedures.
