• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in industrial engineering or a related field is a plus.
