The Coordinator (Marine Operations) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities related to marine operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor marine operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage and maintain vessel schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper stowage and handling.
• Monitor vessel performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel movements, cargo handling, and other key metrics.
• Train and supervise a team of maritime staff to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Investigate and resolve any operational issues or incidents that may arise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize marine operations.

• Bachelor's degree in maritime studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in marine operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry practices.
