The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation. This role involves creating high-quality, data-driven content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, SEO expertise, and the ability to manage content calendars and performance metrics effectively.
Responsibilities:
develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic
collaborate with designers, videographers, and social media teams to create engaging multimedia content
manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all channels
analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new content opportunities
work with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing materials and case studies
oversee content distribution across digital platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement
manage relationships with external writers, agencies, and content creators to support content production
Requirements:
bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail
knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
experience managing content calendars and marketing automation platforms
ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
excellent communication and collaboration skills
proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools
experience in B2B or B2C content marketing strategies is a plus
