The Construction Site Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the overall construction project by coordinating activities and ensuring smooth project execution. They will collaborate with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assist with the coordination and tracking of materials, equipment, and personnel on site.
Document and maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, inspections, and permits.
Assist with the preparation and review of project specifications, contracts, and other documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Assist with the resolution of construction-related conflicts or disputes.
Maintain communication channels with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site coordination or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Proficient in construction management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
