Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include planning, budgeting, and scheduling projects, as well as ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations. Strong communication skills are essential as you will need to liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses, managing project documentation, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction. Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
