Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, budgeting, and scheduling, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The Construction Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans
• Manage budgets and expenses
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Procure and manage construction materials, equipment, and resources.
• Supervise and oversee construction workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
