Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating and supervising all phases of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The Construction Manager works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, allocating resources efficiently, resolving any issues that arise during construction, and maintaining quality control standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is typically required, along with relevant experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and budget estimates.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during construction projects.
• Implement and enforce quality control and safety measures on-site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• Excellent communication and team management skills to lead and coordinate construction projects effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
