Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Manage and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and approve construction plans and specifications.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
