Concierge

We are hiring a professional Concierge to provide exceptional guest service in a high-end residential or hospitality environment in the UAE. The role involves greeting guests, managing requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, or visitors and provide assistance with inquiries.

• Manage bookings for amenities, transportation, and reservations.

• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain a log of visitor entries, deliveries, and maintenance activities.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments.

• Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services.

• Manage email and telephone communications for guest-related tasks.

• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality and security protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or relevant hospitality training.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in concierge, front desk, or guest relations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of UAE’s hospitality, tourism, and service standards.

• Familiarity with concierge systems or property management software.

• Courteous, proactive, and well-presented.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
