Concierge

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, assisting them with inquiries, requests, and reservations
• Provide guests with personalized recommendations and assistance for their stay, including dining, shopping, and entertainment options
• Arrange transportation, tours, and other activities for guests
• Keep up-to-date with local events, attractions, and activities to provide guests with the latest information and insider tips
• Coordinate services for guests such as laundry, room service, and special requests
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while interacting with guests
• Proactively identify and address areas of improvement to enhance the overall guest experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or establishment
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language is a plus
