Job Description

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in hotels, resorts, or high-end apartment buildings. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, making local recommendations for dining and entertainment, coordinating transportation services, handling special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
  • Provide information to guests about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
  • Assist guests with booking reservations for dining, entertainment, or other services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Keep updated records of guest preferences and special requests to personalize their stay.
  • Monitor and maintain security by following hotel procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including luggage handling and valet services.
  • Stay informed about events in the local area to provide recommendations to guests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of local area attractions and services
