Concierge

The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests. They greet and welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Concierge also provides information about local attractions, makes reservations, and handles guest inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests, providing a warm and friendly experience.
• Provide information and recommendations about local attractions and services.
• Book reservations for dining, transportation, and other guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate and efficient check-out processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on hotel services, policies, and local events.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of guests and handle challenging situations.
