Compliance Professional

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Duties include conducting audits, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and providing training to staff on compliance matters. The Compliance Professional will also monitor and assess compliance risks, investigate any potential violations, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. A bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits to assess adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Advise management on regulatory requirements and recommend necessary actions to achieve compliance.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations.
• Provide compliance training to employees and ensure understanding of regulations.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, complaints, or violations.
• Maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities.
• Participate in regulatory examinations and audits by external agencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of the business.
• Develop and implement compliance risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance or risk management.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations within the financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
