Job Description: The Communication Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing communication strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns
• Write and edit press releases, articles, and speeches
• Manage social media platforms and website content
• Coordinate media relations activities, including press releases, media interviews, and media monitoring.
• Manage crisis communication and develop effective communication strategies in challenging situations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, industry associations, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in communication roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing
