Job Description

The Commercial Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth by managing contracts, negotiating deals, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales and profitability. This role involves close collaboration with sales, procurement, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies, ensure compliance with commercial agreements, and support business expansion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial operations, financial analysis, and market research to enhance revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations

  • develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive

  • analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

  • negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable agreements

  • coordinate with sales and procurement teams to optimize purchasing and sales strategies

  • monitor financial performance, margins, and costs to support revenue growth and cost efficiency

  • prepare detailed reports and presentations on commercial performance, forecasts, and risk assessments

  • identify and mitigate potential risks related to contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements

  • support business development initiatives by researching new markets and potential partnerships

  • ensure smooth execution of commercial agreements, tracking progress and resolving any disputes


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field

  • proven experience in commercial operations, contract management, or business analysis

  • strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to drive business objectives

  • proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and data interpretation

  • ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams

  • experience with ERP systems and financial software is an advantage

  • excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
