Job Description

As a Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new commercial property listings, as well as fostering relationships with property owners and potential buyers or tenants. Your primary goal will be to facilitate transactions that meet the needs of both parties while maximizing profits for the company. You will need to stay current on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to commercial real estate transactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will be collaborating with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals on a regular basis. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial property sales and leasing
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine market trends and property values
  • Source potential properties for sale or lease and maintain an active property listing portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and other industry professionals
  • Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate property transactions
  • Prepare and review property marketing materials, contracts, and lease agreements
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales or leasing process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, market conditions, and property laws
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote available properties and attract potential clients
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry seminars to expand professional connections and stay informed about market developments.
  • A valid real estate license
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, finance, or real estate
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and property types
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the commercial real estate industry
