Commercial Operations Specialist - MENA

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to support our commercial strategies and execution across the MENA region. Based in the UAE, this role will drive operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process improvement within the commercial function, playing a key role in aligning sales, marketing, and finance operations to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day commercial operations across MENA markets

• Monitor and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics

• Support pricing, contract management, and commercial proposal development

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies

• Maintain accurate sales and revenue data in CRM and ERP systems

• Analyze commercial data to support forecasting, planning, and reporting activities

• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and business requirements

• Act as a liaison between commercial, finance, and supply chain departments

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow improvements

• Assist in budgeting, incentive programs, and commercial performance reviews

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management and regional leadership

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business analysis

• Experience working within the MENA region, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or similar tools is a plus

• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment
