CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments. Duties include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and monitoring the production process to ensure high quality outputs. The CNC Machinist must have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the candidate must adhere to safety regulations and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining is required along with proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production of parts.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any errors or issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision, making sure they meet design specifications.
• Maintain and clean CNC machines regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machine tools, programs, and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and production quantities.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge of CNC machining technology and techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified CNC Machinist training program
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of different machining tools and equipment
