Job Description

As a Clinical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the medical or healthcare industry. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing guidance to your team on achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that products meet the needs of customers and address any concerns they may have. Additionally, you will be expected to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales within the healthcare sector, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the clinical market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in hospitals, medical centers, and other clinical settings.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our clinical products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of competitive activities, market trends, and industry regulations to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Previous experience in medical sales or a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
