Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health issues in individuals of all ages. You will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure the well-being of your clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for your clients. The ideal candidate will have a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, relevant state licensure, and a strong background in evidence-based therapy techniques. Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment approaches.
  • Monitor and assess client progress throughout the course of therapy.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology.
  • Provide consultation and education to clients, families, and community organizations.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of clinical practice.


Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an APA-accredited clinical psychology internship program
  • State licensure as a clinical psychologist
  • Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy
  • Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and boundaries in the field of clinical psychology
