Client Relationship Manager - Real Estate

The Client Relationship Manager – Real Estate plays a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients in the residential and commercial property sector. Based in the UAE, the role focuses on understanding client needs, providing personalized property solutions, and ensuring an exceptional service experience throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and competitive real estate market while building long-term relationships that lead to business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as their main point of contact for all property-related inquiries.

• Identifying client requirements and matching them with suitable property options.

• Coordinating property viewings and follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience.

• Building strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.

• Providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.

• Collaborating with agents, developers, and legal teams to close deals efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems and reporting on sales performance.

• Supporting post-sale or lease processes, including documentation and handover coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate client servicing or sales within the UAE.

• RERA certification and strong knowledge of UAE property regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle preferred.
